Want to know the ultimate secret to confident, rested & SANE parenting?
Giving yourself more support than you think you need.
Much more. Like, triple. For starters.
Being a brand new parent is SCARY.
No ifs, ands, or (adorable baby) butts about it.
And if there was ever a time to saturate yourself with support & self-care — from housekeeping to meal prep to hands-on baby care & parenting coaching (ahem!) — this would be IT.
Your newborn is counting on you to SHOW UP — attentive, well-rested, balanced & loving.
And having the right support can mean the difference between sleep-deprived spazz-attacks & actually enjoying the journey.
We’ve worked with hundreds of families, and we know what it takes to keep newborns happy — and parents sane.
Postpartum doulas are the most amazing help you could ask for as a new mom. We don’t JUST care for the baby – we support YOU and the whole family.
She will come to your home, day or night, and do whatever needs to be done to make you feel confident. She will help you figure out strategies to get off to a great start. She’ll hold the baby while you take a shower or a nap and feel like a person again.
Rather than push one parenting style or philosophy, she’ll help you figure out what is right for YOUR family and help you implement it.
Our doulas have particular expertise in overnight care – we’ll care for the baby(ies) while you sleep.
Who we can help:
- First-time parents
- Second-, third-, and beyond-time parents
- Twin, triplet, quad (and more) families (We are all multiples specialists and some are twin moms!)
- Families using surrogates
- Adopting families
- LGBTQA families
- YOUR family!
All of our doulas are CPR certified and insured.
